Fine question, and i was banging my head for a while before i found
it. You can create and manage Mac shares in one of two ways:

    1. Command-line tool called macfile.exe
    2. In the new all-powerful "Computer Management" console, if you go
to "Shares", and create a new file share, there'll be an option to
have the share be accessible from a Mac.
Once it's created, you can do a properties on that share
and mess around with the settings.

The wonderful Win2K help has some information on the command-line tool
    if you look for macfile.
