You have two alternatives, both requiring additional software or hardware.
PC MacLan will not see a mac-connected printer unless it's postscript. So
    here's what you can try:

    a) Get the EPSON stylys RIP software from epson, which provides software
    postcript support for your 800.
    b) If the 800 has a type B expansion port (I think it does), get an NIC and
connect it directly to the network rather than your mac. Then you can
install the epson driver on your PC and print directly to the printer from
both machines. I'm not sure if a phoneline NIC is available, you may need
    to find an ethernet-to-phoneline adapter.

None of these options are particularly cheap... actually it may be cheaper
to get another printer and connect it to your PC. I'm in a similar
situation, having a mac and PC on my home network, but I have them connected
via ethernet. I recently added a networkable epson 850Ne to my network and
can now print from both computers.
