    I was under the (probably incorrect) impression that directory replication
    was a file by file thing and wouldn't work on open files (being a copy type
    operation.) Will it work on a "live" information store that is very large
    (>4GB). I have restored our exchange server from tape once, and am willing
    to go to just about any length to avoid doing that again (keeping the store
    on mirrored drices, offline backups, etc.)
