    Hi again,

I have been on a windows support list for a number of months now
(winsupport@onelist.com). My problem has to do with the fact that I only receive
HTML files from the list. Since I switched back to Mailsmith from Outlook
Express, I still get the list and can read the HTML in my browser. No problem
    there.

The problem seems to be twofold:

    1) Any links in the individual message are broken. For example, if I wanted to
sign off the list, I wouldn't be able to do it, as a click on any link returns
an error message from the server. I believe it is HTML 404 error message.

    2) My responses from the list has so far been that those using an e-mail client
that supports text only, see text, do not get an extra HTML file and that they
can click directly on any links in their text window and go directly to the
link. Why am I experiencing this problem with Mailsmith? Can it be solved?

    Cheers,

    Brian
