    I have a question, I saw a posting and don't remember where I saw it
    from...it went something like this....

    If you disable SFM but keep AppleTalk protocol, then install Extremez-IP the
    old aliases that you may have made with SFM will still work, AND resolve to
    IP connectivity...(taken for granted of course you name the server and
    shares the same)

    I talked to Extremez-IP tech support and they stated that every product uses
    a different directory ID number and that alone should BREAK the alias.....

    Anyone recall seeing this?

    anyone try this and have it work?
