When you set up the Appleshare port there is an option to capture the device
which removes it from the mac zone so the ONLY reference you see to the
printer is the actual print spool on the NT box. Now if you want to remove
the printer from showing up then that is a simple matter. create a user
called something like macguy or something. then go to EACH spooler and
change the permissions so that macguy does not have permission to see it.
Then go into the macprint services and change they user from whatever is
there by default to macguy. Any spool that macguy does not have access to,
will not show up in the chooser.
