Depends on whether the PCs are Windows NT or 95/98. If the former, they
can print to AppleTalk devices on their own.

If the latter, you'll need to have something to do this for them... the
easiest solution is to have a print server to which the PCs can send print
jobs, and have the server send the files to the printer.

(This works fine with us... we have both an NT server and Unix server that
have printer spools. Windows 95 PCs send print jobs to the servers, which
    then print them out).

If this is not practical or desirable, buy a couple of copies of TSStalk,
<http://www.thursby.com/products/tsstalk.htm> or PC MacLAN for Windows
    95/98 <http://www.miramarsys.com/products/pcmaclan.htm> which allows the
Win 95/98 PCs to print directly to AppleTalk devices.
