[WinMac] print server info request, please!!

I need to be able to explain to my boss, who's not all that technical and doesn't like to spend

$$$$$ why we should move to having our two Postscript printers run off a print server,

preferably an HP Jetdirect 500X.

I know the following:

It can handle any printer that can be hooked up in parallel to it.
All computers on the LAN could see/use all the printers (right now only the Macs and 1 PC can

do so).
Printing will not be slower than before.
It would be cheaper than buying more copies of PC-MACLAN!

I need to know the following:

Can we monitor what documents are being printed and how many pages, by printer?
Can we manipulate the print queue (i.e. move jobs up or down in priority)?
Will it be easy for Macs *and* PCs to use? (they are mostly mac people who are unaccustomed to

Windows)?
