        Actually, I have to disagree with Leonard on the 6100's: The video
subsystem REALLY sucked. Unless you used a right angle PDS adapter and used
either an AV video card or a PDS video card from a 7100 or 8100, the video
stole CPU cycles... Lots of them!

        Just look in Norton Utilities at the benchmarks for 1 bit, 4 bit, 8 bit
and 16 bit video for the 6100, and how the **overall** machine speed was
halved with each step up in video quality!

        By the way, this was the reason that NetWare 4.1 never worked as fast as
it should have on the 9150/120 boxes: These too relied on motherboard
CPU-driven video... And now I can reveal my "speed secret" for 9150's and
9150/120's: Put a PDS video or AV card in the machine, and watch it fly!
