  :
:I had Outlook 8.1 installed on a B&W G3 running MacOS 8.6, virtual memory on,
connecting to an
:Exchange server v5.5, and all was working

:well. Prosoft's Netware client 5.1.3 installed. Then one day, the little
clock curser started just spinning when I went to
:check mail, or send something. It spun real fast like it was performing a
task,
:but would just hang like that; after 15 minutes of waiting, I'd restart the
Mac.

I still had other network services: I could read and write to Novell servers.
  :
:I installed Outlook 8.2.1, but it did the same thing.
  :
:I just reformatted the drive, put virgin copies of MacOS 8.6 and Outlook
8.2.1
:and Prosoft's Netware client 5.1.2, with the same results.
  :
:I've ran Norton, rebuilt the desktop, zapped the PRAM ad nauseum.
  :
:Any insights would be gratefully appreciated, thanks.
