[WinMac] Monitoring print jobs for Mac users on an NT network

We have several plotters and color printers which are available to anyone
on our NT network. The traditional way of charging for materials was to
have someone in the plotter room to charge people when they picked up
there plots. Now we would like to monitor the print jobs and send each
user a monthly fee, this works great for all PC users because they have to
log onto the NT network to print, but print jobs for Macs are not
monitored by NT auditing.

Does anyone know of software that could handle the monitoring and
accounting for printers in a Mac and PC environment?
