I concur with my fellow responders, in that you should have all of your
computers printing to one queue. Or accessing the printer from only one
way. I have found that if I have a Mac printing to our 5siMx, and a PC
decides to print while the Mac job is printing, it will sometimes kick
the Mac job out all together. The solution, run everything through one
queue.
