        Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else had seen this. I am running
8.6 and Outlook 8.2.1. When I get mail I get a very short beep and
nothing else. If I look in the application list Outlook will have a
diamond next to it, but the application/finder is not flashing. When
I go into Outlook the message appears telling me I have new mail and
do I want to read it now. This box doesn't come to the for front of
my working application.

My Eudora Pro works fine when new mail comes into that. Does
anyone have any ideas as to why this happens?

        Best wishes

        Michael Curtis
