        Is the Cisco at work setup to receive calls (I ASSUME you are
dialing directly from the Asante to the Cisco, yes)? What about
your IP setups, are they compatible? How about the login/security
procedures?

        What you are trying to do is NOT trivial - you need to
understand a LOT about TCP/IP, routing, security, etc. It's not
like a modem where you can just dialup and things works...
