AIX? That'd be IBM's version of Unix. Runs on IBM RISC System/6000
hardware. There were also versions that ran on Intel. Or so says the

You must mean AU/X. That'd be Apple's version of Unix. BSD-based.

Quick dig with Altavista didn't turn up anything useful (probably
because of that stupid slash in the name), but last time i was at
Weird Stuff in Sunnyvale, i saw an old Mac running it. >:}
