[WinMac] Re: My new G4 - problem with mouse fixed...

Try the new optical IntelliMouse from Micros~1... It comes in USB (and it
has a USB to PS/2 adapter plug); and it is *really* nice. I just put one on
a DIGITAL Celebris to play with - It was a CompUSA "impulse buy" for $55 -
and it actually works as advertised. MacInTouch has a few reviews of it as
well...

The only two downsides are that the Mac drivers aren't on the CD - You
have to download them; and (so far) it's contoured for the right handed.
But it's worth the extra time for the download because these mice are about
the nicest I've ever used. In fact, I'm replacing my own IntelliMouse 1.1
with one of these tonight!

[You'd think after making the Exchange Server 5.5 CD an ISO-9660 & HFS
hybrid Micros~1 could have done this for this device as well... Or at least
put the file on the CD in .BIN or .SMI single-fork format...]

I would ask Apple for a free upgrade to MacOS 9, especially if you bought
your G4 after the OS9 release date... Oops, I forgot - This is the "new"
Apple that tried to fraudulently sell one machine and deliver another...

        Good luck!
