[WinMac] Print problem

We currently have an NT print server with SP3 set up
for all of our Mac's on campus (6200's and i-Mac's)
The printer we are using, for Mac's only,is a HP
LaserJet 5 with an upgrade installed.

Question & Example : Why does the printer substitute a
"v" where the letter "a" should be? This is also true
of other letters and numbers.

Software versions used are Appleworks 5.0 and
Microsoft 98
