Greetings,

I had thought that someone here had mentioned Mac drivers for a D-Link
10/100 card, the DFE-500TX, but couldn't find it in the archive.

I asked D-Link & got this response:

> I am sorry to inform you that D-Link does not officially release/support
> Mac driver for any of our NIC cards.
> There were some Mac drivers available some time ago. There were some
> engineers in our branch offices producing their own Mac drivers (all beta
> version) but none of them was an officially released version. And these
> drivers are not available now.
>
> Once again, we are sorry that we have not officially released any Mac
> driver.

I was hoping someone on the list may have one of these beta Mac drivers &
could send me a copy.

I also read with interest the list of MacOS 9 stuff that Hank Harken posted
recently & so went & read the OS 9 Technote at Apple's web site. If you're
interested, here it is:

Cheers, Grae.
