Just wanted to say that i'm happy to be able to take over hosting the
list. Unfortunately i couldn't have chosen a worse day to do it.
Yesterday there was an NFS problem at my ISP, and mail got *severely*
backlogged. That's why some of you didn't get my "welcome" message
until today.

Anyways, yes, i agree that we should all give Marc a hearty "thanks"
for putting up with us, er, hosting the list as long as he did.

So it looks like things are flowing a little better today. i see a
few posts already. Stuff is *still* getting archived at
http://www.darryl.com/winmac, which i'm happy about.

Finally, digests. i trust that all of the digest subscribers got the
welcome message by now. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's a
MIME digest, so you won't be able to see it as separate messages.
Sorry, but that's a limitation of my ISP's list software. (If i'm
wrong about this, please let me know.)

Anyhoo, i think the digest normally runs at midnight or thereabouts, PST.
So if you're in the US, you'll get a digest-full of new messages every
morning.

Feel free to e-mail me directly if you have any other
questions/comments/problems with the new list.
