Actually, Win98 is Win95 with a few bug fixes and some chrome on the outside.
AFAICT any 'Win95' driver works under Win98.

But, you're better off going to Adobe and getting their Postscript driver. In
my experience it's a much better print driver than Windows PS driver. The PPD
files you need should be on Adobe's web site, or on HP's.
