Well Meeting Maker almost meets thse requirements, except it needs a 'server'.
The server, though, just has to be a system connected to the network, and
nothing special, hardware-wise.

A system with only a few clients could be run on a regular workstation no
problem; we have people here on campus running a departmental server on the
secretary's regular system. It's a very nice and stable calendar program.

We were running it on an old 486 for years with about 25-30 clients on it with
no problems...I ususally forgot it was even there.
