Hi all,
I`m new in this kind of business and I do have a problem to solve.
I have here a Mac, using a PC as a Dial-in Server. File sharing is
right now working with ftp. The PC is a media-Server for the rest of
the house (all PC) and I´m looking for a solution, to let the Mac have
the same kind of access aswell. The PC is the gateway (Dial-in
Server) to the Internet aswell.
Is there any cheap solution using either NT Workstation or NT
server?
Or would it just be a nice dream to let both worlds share the same
Mediaserver?
Linux or Unix is no solution, since then the Gateway doesn´t work ;(
Since I´m a complete newbie with this topic I hope to get an answer
here.
Thanks
Heidrun Alfke
