[WinMac] Is Copstalk Gone?

Hi,
I have an old version of appleshare at the school lab where I word
(4.2.1) and it came with a copy of copstalk for win95. I am having
some problems with it (it doesn't want to connect to my appleshare
file server-gets a ddp error). I have tried calling them and visiting
their site on the web and have gotten nothing. I assume they've gone
out of business. Does anyone know if someone bought their product
line?
