[WinMac] Coasters (was cross platform CDs)

Just out of interest, how many people actually use their defective CDs as
coasters.

I have freaked out a number of my friends by serving their hot/cold beverage
on a CD. The trick, I guess, is not to mix up, say, your Garth Brooks with
a failed backup.

Yes, I look forward to Tost 4.0.

Is anyone out there burning QuickTime movies etc to a DVD that can be played
on a normal DVD player? Do you need an MPEG encoder to do this? And what
software you using?
