[WinMac] Networking Wintel and Mac via Dave

Hello all! I just had to email this since I am so happy that it works.
Thanks to all who helped straighten me out with the wintel, mac
networking differences.

Today, our "crappy" old powerbook 5300 acted as a print server &
networking connection for a couple of "foreign" wintel laptops. Frankly
I was amazed that it worked.

As a number of you noted a while back, with Dave running on the Mac,
wintel machines can connect together and print to printers connected via
ethernet to the Mac. The wintel laptops used TCP/IP & windows network
client and the mac just used Dave. We could transfer files, share
documents and everyone could print.

I am so psyched that I can hardly get over it!! (small things ....)

Thanks again for everyone's help with sorting out the wintel networking
side. Your help was really appreciated.
Regards
Philip
