[WinMac] FileMaker Pro 2.1 printing problem

I just got a call from a guy who's trying to run the old FileMaker Pro
2.1 on a Performa 636 which is running Mac OS 7.1. He had been using
FileMaker without a problem on his PowerBook 145 but he said he never
tried to print anything from FileMaker on his PowerBook.

On the Performa he is able to print fine to an HP printer from Word and
many other programs but when he tries to print from FileMaker he gets an
error message saying that the serial port is busy.

I'm not familiar with FileMaker at all and I know this is an old version
(and an older OS) but if anyone has any ideas please contact me directly
at the email address below.
