Having a problem with one of the Macs on our network. It is a 9600-200. At
times, it appears that the CD ROM is running slowly. Certain disks do not
function properly. Others seem to be just fine. The greater problem is
that the computer will not consistently force boot from a CD startup disk.
Service replaced the CD ROM at one point. But we still have the problem.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that we have no further problems that
would require the use of the startup disk.

Anyone have any ideas???
