[WinMac] Which NT service Pack to use?

With so many service packs for NT, can I just use the latest one (service
pak 5) on a freshly installed NT4a instead of going thru service pak 2, 3,
4 then 5? In other words, does Service Pak 5 have all the components in the
previous service paks?
