        That's OK, but when you have something with dependencies,
such as IIS or
Exchange, the trick is to kill off the service that also kills off all the
dependencies. With Exchange 5.5, you want to kill off Exchange Service
Attendant, hence the:
NET STOP EXCHANGESA /Y
command.
