Oh jeez, I wish I could remember... :( I believe it is also NET STOP
<something> (IISADMIN perhaps? or WEBADMIN). I'd have to look it up since
I've never done it from DOS, I always did it from the services control
panel. And I check this list from home where I don't have NT (not
anymore, after it died...)
