Yes, but not with the stock services for macintosh. (If you are only using
IP)

A. If your are on a private WAN, you might be able to enable appletalk
routing,
depending on the routers you are using and your ultimate requirements, this
could be a good solution.

B. Purchase a product such as MacServer/IP http://www.cyansoft.de/macip.htm,
It allows an NT server to support Appleshare/IP.
With this solution, you do not need to route appletalk, but the servers will
not be visible on the chooser.
Your users would have to know the IP or DNS address of the NT servers. This
requires the macintoshes to be using a fairly recent appleshare stack IIRC
will only work with Open Transport 1.1.2 or later.

You would need to be routing Appletalk.
