[WinMac] Monitoring software for Mac and PC labs

We recently had a problem in the lab, where an unknown student printed
unauthorized documents from one of our stations. Is there any software for
Mac and PC that can monitor system use and keep a log of applications
opened and print jobs generated? I already use NAT 3.5 for the Macs (but it
doesn't have a log of operations), and the AppleShare IP 6.0 server does
keep a printer log, yet the NT side of the shop (10 workstations) has no
monitoring software.

I really need to be able to keep track of machine access and software use
for both Macs and PCs. I tried On Guard, but it slowed down the network so
much I had to remove it.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Chris
