[WinMac] Couple of NT things...

I'm having a couple of NT-related problems and am hoping someone here can help.

1) (NT Server 4.0)
We have an NT 4.0 Server set up to handle most of our PC-based (and some
Mac) printing, most notably in our busiest lab in our main library. At
that location we have two HP LJ 4000TNs which the NT server captures and
pools and presents to the network as a single printer. Unfortunately, NT
does not appear to do load balancing on pooled printers. The result is
that we now have one printer with over 200,000 copies on it and the other
with just under 20,000 copies on it. Recent attempts to "flop" the
printers so that the other one is the "primary" printer have been
unsuccessful. One of our staff theorized that priority was based on the
order in which the ports were created. So we deleted the "first" port and
re-created it (so now it's the "second" port. That didn't work. Then I
theorized that NT based priority on the alphabetical name of the port (the
ports are named "Levitt LaserWriter 1" and "Levitt LaserWriter 2" (they
USED to be Apples...the names stuck.)) so we changed the name of the ports
so that 2 came first alphabetically. Still no luck. Help? Am I missing
something? How does NT handle this?

2) (Really lame, low priority)
My Themes don't work. :-( Also NT 4.0. Anytime I try to change my Theme,
even to one of the built-in ones, Dr. Watson kicks in and announces an
error in Themes.exe (Exception: Access Violation...hex garbage). Any ideas?

TIA,
...ROMeyn
