(This is a repost because I posted from the wrong account originally.
Argh.)

Not knowing much of the history behind this post, I'll be glad to chime
in.

I use WinGate for my proxy server. It runs fine on WinNT Server, is very
easy yet flexible.

I have a network of about 15 each of Macs and PCs and it handles them
both well, unlike MS Proxy Server (at least in my experience).

The website is www.wingate.net and you can download a fully functional
version from there. It only allows the server and one other user, but
it's plenty good for testing it out without having to buy a copy.

Purchasing is done via an email key so you don't even have to reinstall.
