Create a postscript printer using the proper PPD. Set it to print to
file. When it asks you the filename, change the .prn to .ps, voila. (The
output format of a windows printer is determined by the printer type. I
worked at a company that automated this, and used a VAX as a print
server for 7 high speed postscript laser printers to manage 35,000 copy
print runs)
