Michael,

Since no one seems to have provided a good reason to set this, I thought
I'd try. The purpose of this "capture" feature is to keep users from
using a printer. For example, if I have a very expensive color printer
that I need to control, I can capture the printer and give only the
necessary employees permissions to print. Also, if I have some print
accounting software, I can track how many pages have printed so I can
bill each department accordingly.

However, I agree. If you're not in this type of environment, don't
enable this feature.
