My understanding of the problem is that the Mac Outlook client is not really
Outlook at all but a cosmetic redo of the Exchange and Schedule+ client.

This means that if your calendar is in Schedule+ format you should be
golden, however if you use the Outlook calendar format on the PC's then you
will only be able to view (and not edit) the calendar from within the
calendar window of the Mac (pseudo) Outlook client.

Makes sense?
