[WinMac] UPS & USB, Tripp-Lite response

        Hello!

        Below is the reply to my question I just received from Tripp-Lite.

        Like I said, there is NO WAY to gracefully shut down a blue & white Mac
server, whether it is running either ASIP 6.x or OS-X...
