Outlook client works fine over TCP/IP. You don't need DAVE to access the
Exchange server -- in fact, DAVE does not provide TCP/IP networking. It
provides NetBIOS, which is useless to the Outlook client for Mac.

I'm using the Outlook client right now. To get it to work, we had to make
sure that the name of the server on the Windows network was the same as the
name of the server on your DNS server. If it is not, add an alias on your
DNS with the appropriate name.
