Hello

I have moved offices (Sydney to Melbourne) since my last posts re:
connecting to a Novell Network from my Mac.

At the new office, they solely use NT servers. I take it that I need
something like Thursby's DAVE to connect to the server? I would appreciate
confirmaiton of this assumption. Does the server also need Services for
Macintosh activated - even if I use DAVE?

I can log on fine to Explorer and Microsoft Exchange client for Mac through
the NT domain.

Re: Exchange for Mac: am I able to use the custom forms (eg travel request
form) that my firm has set up? Or is this some VB issue not fully supported
on the Mac side. If so, c'mon Microsoft, show us that you are a
competitive, non-monopolistic firm and get VB happening on the Mac (I am
sure there is a business case for it - especially if you can then port
Access across too!)

While I am at it, I am sure everyone would love to know why Alex is a
"pata" at "doglover.com"? Alex??

Thanks

Hamish Blair
