It's not the way it's meant to be. You've got the win95 PC working as mac
client, and the NT server as a mac server. Hence they can't see each other
as PC's.
On the NT server, Make sure that Net BIOS, Server and Workstation (yes
workststion)sare installed under the services tab of the Network control
panel applet, and that they are bound to the ethernet card (bindings tab of
network applt)
On the Win95, make sure that on the configuration tab of the network Apt,
you have 'client for microsoft networks and 'file & print sharing for MS
networks ' installed.

You'll have to restart after changing these.
