We're a POP/IMAP shop, and we're heavily committed (and yes, we should be!)
to UN*X for the scientific/mathematics/etc. gang. Exchange would never make
it as an enterprise solution here.

And I've *never* heard anything good about any Mac client for Exchange
(we're about 60-40 Windows-Mac...).
