Have you trashed the Finder prefs and TCP/IP prefs? Trashed and rebuilt the
IPNR config file (not just the prefs) from scratch?

If that doesn't work, then Peter Sichel has a detailed support request page
at http://www.sustworks.com/sustworks_support.htm for registered users of
IPNetRouter. He's very helpful, and he usually monitors the traffic on the
comp.dcom.modems.cable and comp.sys.mac.comm newsgroups.

I don't have the latest hardware, but I've been using IPNR for 6 months
without a hitch.
