i wouldn't mention it if I hadn't seen it or experienced it with a
client. Some people don't seem to see any problems, but even Apple will
admit that it doesn't work under certain OSs (OS 8.0 for example was
incompatible with it and it worked sometimes but locked up other times).
There is an Apple TIL (Technical Infrmation Library) doc that says you
need to disable it under OS 8. I've seen it be a problem over a wide
number of OSs, so I'd rather prevent them... but that's just me.
