You could always implementing subnetting to get more valid IP addresses
within the scope that tge ISP gave you. you'd have to enable a couple of
machines as routers (with more than one NIC) but NICs nowadays are cheap
and implemnting an NT machine as a router is very easy (configure the
correct gateways for each NIC and click the "Enable IP formwarding"
checkbox on the TCP/IP config window).

If done right, subnetting can be a very usefull thing and if you already
have the equipment, it's free!!
