i agree. You should use something like Vicom Gateway. Vicom employs
NAT (Network Address Translation), which is really similar to Linux's
IP Masquerading. (Over which DNS, FTP, HTTP, and POP all work just

Another (cheaper, better?) implementation of IP Masquerading or NAT is
Sustainable Softworks' IPNetMonitor. [Check out http://www.sustworks.com/]
i'm going to try and get this working on an old IIsi (!) for a home
DSL connection for a friend of mine.

And for NT? i've heard great things about SyGate (http://www.sygate.com)
on comp.dcom.xdsl.
