[WinMac] AppleTalk to IP Gateway Solutions

I have a need for AppleTalk to AppleTalkIP gateway solutions. I already
use ShareWay IP Pro to provide remote access and it works great. However
I'm not sure I want to use it in this scenario.

I have 13 sites connected by a wide area network. At each site is an NT 4.0
server providing Services for Mac file services. I want to be able to
either (a) convert the server to ASIP completley, or (b) have the server
convert to ASIP internally. I see that COPS has a new product MacServerIP
which might do what I want, but I'm not sure yet.

Any suggestions ? BTW, all servers are Intel based.
