[WinMac] Mac Inet access behind MS proxy server?

I may need to setup Macs for Internet access through a Microsft Proxy
server running under Win NT 4.0 server, currently with service pack 3.0.
When we have tried it before, applications like IE and Netscape that have
built in proxy settings work fine. However, Eudora light and Eudora Pro can
not see the DNS which is also being run through the proxy server. ALso a no
go is ICQ instant messaging.

I have tried setting up the proxy settings using IP address of the proxy
using Internet Config and that didn't help. Does anyone have any other
suggestions, or does anyone know if there is a MS-proxy client for Macs?

TIA.

Cordially,

Steven Thomas
