Tech Tool is now $59.99. Is that too much? Norton is usually
$60-$90... Is this on par with the pc version? Usually there is no
finder interface when these CD's are booted. I do not know the
licensing implications of this- I suppose though, there's a discount.

My normal strategy is to boot from my iMac (or any other machine) CD
and run the repair software off of an AppleTalk server. (netatalk,
actually) This allows me to service the maximum amount of people on
one license. I think it's legal- at least it's close enough for me.

Additionally, USB drives are available.
