We've had a program written in Foxbase/+ 2.01 for the Mac for about 10
years and have had users get the "Alias not found" error on various
(Novell, NT and ASIP) networks, so it has nothing to do with your NT
server. We get that error every once in a while with the Foxbase
databases that sit on our Novell 3.12 and NT 4 servers but always
attributed the problem to the fact that Foxbase can't have more than 10
tables open at once. Maybe I'll try testing your theory.
